Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions of The Sleep Factor Limited (Terms) carefully as by placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to them.
  1. This website and Terms have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and are made under English law. By using the website you agree to this and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and that these Terms will apply to the supply of any goods made to you by The Sleep Factor Limited (Goods)
  2. The website and it's contents are provided by The Sleep Factor Limited without any representation or warranty of any kind in respect of the website and/or it's content. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any content on the website or access to the website.
  3. The provisions of these conditions relate exclusively to the supply of Goods within the United Kingdom. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for Goods and inquiries from outside the United Kingdom, separate arrangements with regard to price, delivery and payment will apply. You should therefore contact our customer service department, details of which are given on the contact page.
  4. We give no warranty, that use of the website, including the placing of orders from outside the UK, complies with any non-UK legislation. Goods, promotions or credit terms not permitted under any such legislation are therefore not offered to users in such territories.
  5. A contract for the sale of Goods will arise at the point at which an order has been processed, dispatched and an invoice raised.  The credit/debit card details of which you provided us with your order will be charged for the value of the Goods sent, plus delivery charges where appropriate.
  6. All prices quoted and availability of goods are subject to alteration without prior notice at any time.
  7. All prices are subject to Value Added Tax and any other tax imposed on the sale of goods from time to time.
  8. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
  9. All prices quoted are in Pounds sterling (£)
  10. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery, non delivery or damaged goods by reason of an act of God, government orders, strikes,war or other circumstances beyond our control.
  11. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cheques cleared.
  12. All Goods are offered subject to availability.
  13. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason right upto the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the Goods to us following the returns procedure set out in our returns policy.
  14. You are entitled to return Goods within 7 days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy.
  15. We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.
 
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the 'shopping cart'. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process and complete the order. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.

Delivery
We aim to process and deliver items from stock within 5 working days of the order date to virtually anywhere in the United Kingdom.  Bed frames and  furniture products may take up to 21 days

Our Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is Free Delivery

Delivery of orders to addresses outside of the United Kingdom are charged by country and delivery times may vary. Please email us if you would like a quotation prior to ordering.

Please note that all deliveries will require a signature on receipt. please bear this in mind when specifying a delivery address

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, or there is a delay in delivery we will contact you by email or telephone with a new delivery schedule. You will have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. Back ordered items are not charged to your card until they are ready to be dispatched.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% V.A.T. is added. All other orders are V.A.T. free.

Credit Card Security
Customer credit card data is SSL encrypted in a completely secure area of the site. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The system does not hold credit card data.

Payment
When the order is placed at our web site, your payment will be processed through our totally secure shop terminal. We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch.

Privacy Policy 
We respect your right to privacy. The Sleep Factor Limited will never disclose information about our customers to a third party individual or organisation other than when information is processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case the party will not disclose any information to any other third party. The only information we retain is your email address so we can send you occasional newsletters. You are free to opt out of this service by emailing us.

Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of text information created by web sites and stored on your computer. Our shopping cart system uses cookies to help maintain your cart while you browse our site. 
Use of cookies with our shopping cart is not compulsory, but we cannot guarantee that the cart will work for you if cookies are disabled in your browser.
Data collected by this site is used to -:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third parties for the purpose of delivering goods.
d. We keep a record of your purchase with us. this enables us to deal with quickly with any problems you may experience with your order.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason right upto the point of dispatch. You may cancel by giving notice in the following ways -:

  2. By email to our email address (see contact us)
The notice shall act to cancel the agreement between us.
If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.  If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the Goods to us following the returns procedure set out in our returns policy.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return Goods are protected under the EU Distant Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return Goods within 7 working days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy.
  1. You must return the Goods to the address provided on the contact us page.
  2. Providing Goods are returned to us in perfect condition, unused, complete and with the original packaging we shall exchange or provide a refund of the purchase price of the Goods.
  3. The Sleep Factor Limited  does not accept liability for any costs incurred for the return of the Goods, unless in the opinion of The Sleep Factor Limited the Goods are faulty.
  4. All items that are exchanged will incur a new delivery charge at the then current rate, unlessthey are deemed faulty by us, in which case no further delivery charges will arise.
  5. Refunds for items bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
