Returns Policy

Your rights to return Goods are protected under the EU Distant Selling Directive which can be found at -: http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to return Goods within 7 working days of receipt subject to compliance with our returns policy.

1. You must return the Goods to the address provided on the contact us page.
2. Providing Goods are returned to us in perfect condition, unused, complete and with the original packaging we shall exchange or provide a refund of the purchase price of the Goods.
3. The Sleep Factor Limited  does not accept liability for any costs incurred for the return of the Goods, unless in the opinion of The Sleep Factor Limited the Goods are faulty.
4. All items that are exchanged will incur a new delivery charge, at the then current rate, unless they are deemed faulty by us, in which case no further delivery charges will arise.
5. Refunds for items bought can only be made to the original credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
